DANCE CLASS ATTIRE

The attire outlined for each class is intended to give students the best mobility while practicing dance.

Leotard and tights are required for all dance classes, along with the appropriate shoes. Any color is acceptable.

DANCE ATTIRE BY CLASS

Clothing:
- Leotard and tights (any color)
- pink ballets (girls), black ballets (boys)
- tan taps
- Skirts are allowed.
Preferred shoes:
- Ballet – Balera no-tie ballet (style B45)
- Tap – Capezio Mary Jane (style 3800) or Bloch tap-on (style S0302)
Clothing:
- Leotard and tights (any color)
Preferred shoes:
- pink ballets (leather preferred)
- black Mary Jane taps (Capezio 3800 or Bloch S0302)
Clothing:
- Leotard and tights (any color)
Preferred shoes:
- pink ballets
- black lace-up taps (Balera B160 or Capezio CG09)
- jazz shoes
- lyrical shoes
Clothing:
- Leotard and tights (any color)

- ballet or jazz shoe

- ballet or lyrical shoe (Balera - B10 or Balera - B235)
Clothing:
- biketard or leotard
Bare Feet

Please note:

Dance shoes should never be worn on the street.
Tights must be worn for all dance classes (even when it gets hot).
Leotard and trunks (or underwear) are required for tumbling and acrobatic gymnastics classes.
Students may wear socks, or bare feet.
Hair should always be tied securely back from the face, as not to interfere with dancing or tumbling.
Students should wear pants, shorts, or a skit that covers their leotard and tights when coming to and going from the studio. This is an important rule, as it teaches how dancers and tumblers should conduct themselves.
